The opening of the new Western Road office this April will mark Baron Estates 10th year in Brighton and reflects the continuing expansion of the estate agency.
To celebrate the opening of the new office and in support of Rockinghorse Children’s Charity, Baron Estates will be offering new customers 0 percent commission for the first six weeks following their April opening. This represents a saving of 4,500 GBP in commission fees based on an average house price of 300,000 GBP* and a commission rate of 1.5 percent. In return they are asking for the home seller to make a donation of at least 500 GBP to Rockinghorse on completion of their property sale.
Danny Ross, Manager at Baron Estates said: “The office opening reflects growing demand for property in the area. We will be launching with a full sales and lettings team to complement the existing team at our Seven Dials office.”
“We’re proud to be able to support Rockinghorse who are an excellent charity in our city I have had first-hand experience on how the money they raise can really make a difference, we hope to raise significant funds for them in the first 6 weeks following our opening as well as throughout 2014”
Covering central Brighton and Hove, the new office will complement the agency’s existing Dyke Road office and will strengthen their presence in an area that is experiencing high demand from both purchasers and tenants, including many moving from London.
Baron Estates now has 3 offices in Brighton, Hove and London.
The new office will be managed by Danny Ross, a highly experienced agent with over twenty seven years in the business.
